ADULT COUNSELLING
Adult counselling sessions offer a safe space to explore thoughts and emotions. Everyone deserves to be happy, healthy, safe, and successful, but obstacles can sometimes hinder progress. Counselling helps identify these barriers, allowing you to discuss and understand what may be holding you back.
£60.00 per hour
CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE COUNSELLING
Counselling for children and young people provides a safe, confidential space to address challenges. The counsellor builds a respectful relationship, facilitating natural conversations. Sessions may take place in schools, agencies, or online with parental consent.

CLINICAL SUPERVISION FOR YOUTH PROFESSIONALS
Clinical Supervision is the participation in regular guided reflection to provide professional support and enhance development. Clinical Supervision is for individuals and groups including:

(Fees will be reduced for students and trainees)
